Paradise Island, Aruba
I recently earned an all-inclusive incentive trip to Aruba through my company, LimeLife by Alcone. Can I just tell you it was AMAZING! Seriously, a bloggers dream!
My husband, Marq, and I stayed at Renaissance Aruba. The hotel was chic, white, open.. had a fantastic pool area, but with a very loud DJ booth. Almost had a Miami feel to it. The rooms were good, the food was great. BUT, what made this hotel exceptional was not even the hotel. This resort had a boat that pulls into the hotel by canal from the ocean that took us to a private island, Renaissance Island...that is LIFE. Everything about the island was Paradise!!
This is where you pull into Flamingo Island.
Marq and I travel a good bit but this tops it all. The island (which was also all-inclusive) had Flamingos on the beach! Have you ever flamingled?! Say wha? They were friendly-ish and apparently they live for stunning selfies.
We ate most of our meals on Renaissance Island- breakfast at the restaurant and everything in between we ate from our adult only private cabana. With our cabana, we got two rafts, two snorkels, two yolo boards, a bottle of Moet & Chandon Champagne...and George. George was our personal butler. George kept the drinks, food and fun flowing. We didn't have to tell him what we wanted, he just kept it coming...
We originally intended on checking out half way through and staying at the Ritz Carlton Aruba but, the island was so unbelievable, we couldn't part. If I ever hear the word romantic again, Paradise Island Aruba, will always be what comes to mind.
