Wilted Salad with Feta, Walnuts + Honey

Cool enough to turn on the oven but warm enough for ice cream... September, you are the best!

Something about Fall means I want to stay in the kitchen! I don't know if it's the cooler temps, the thought of cooking to the sound of Football or playing on Pinterest with a cup of coffee + watching the leaves fall... Regardless, September is my month in the kitchen!

Here is a fantastic recipe and one of my all time favorite salads!

  1. Heart of Romaine Lettuce. Wash + Shake excess water. Add salt and pepper.

  2. Add Olive Oil to a large sauté pan over medium heat. Place lettuce in the pan and sear for 30 seconds on all sides to get wilted lettuce.

  3. Plate + top with feta cheese, walnuts + honey. Serve right away.
